Tjanabi Review on Trip Advisor

A review posted by a visitor from Minneapolis posted on Trip Advisor described his experience at Tjanabi.

"This is certainly one of the most imaginative and accomplished restaurants in the world. Chef Greg Hampton is a food scientist and an artist who has created a unique cuisine out of traditional Australian ingredients that most people will never have encountered in their lives--including quandong, Australian wild limes, aniseed myrtle, munthari, riberry and wattleseed--and that is just the botanicals. Meats include kangaroo, wallaby, emu, crocodile and wild boar as well as conventional beef, lamb and several varieties of excellent fish. The food is fabulous, and the desserts unlike anything anywhere. Anyone serious about food MUST, MUST visit this restaurant. It is truly something to write about. If you are visiting Melbourne and do not eat here, you are missing one of the great highlights of your trip."
